Your check-up begins with a relaxed conversation. Our interdisciplinary team takes the time to get to know your medical history, complaints, family background and your daily life. We want to understand how you live, what burdens you and what matters to you. Only then do lab values and measurements gain meaning.
This is followed by the physical examination. We measure blood pressure, pulse and weight, listen to the heart and lungs and check what is relevant for your age and your situation. This includes a blood draw, the scope of which we tailor to you together, from the basic values to specific markers if your history suggests it.
We talk about topics that often get lost in a hectic everyday life. How do you sleep? How do you move? How do you deal with stress? These questions are not an afterthought; they are part of the core of an honest assessment of where you stand. You do not have to gloss over anything; with us it is about clarity, not about good grades.
In the end we put the pieces together. You learn where you stand, what is going well and what you should watch out for. If something stands out, we calmly discuss the next steps. If everything is in order, we tell you that just as clearly. You go home with a clear picture and a concrete plan.
